All appointments over $50.00 must be secured with a credit card number.
All appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will attract a 50% cancellation fee.
All appointments that cancel with less than 2 hours notice, or a "no show" will attract a 100% cancellation fee.
All Gift Vouchers may be exchanged for other treatments, should the selected item not be suitable.
All Gift Vouchers and Programmes are non refundable and non transferable.
All Gift Vouchers and Programmes are valid for 6 months from date of purchase.
We will gladly exchange should a product be faulty. All returns must be notified within 48 hours of purchase. This also applies to dissatisfaction with any service performed.
