GIFT VOUCHERS

All Gift Vouchers may be exchanged for other treatments, should the
selected item not be suitable.
All Gift Vouchers and Programmes are non refundable and non
transferable.
All Gift Vouchers and Programmes are valid for 6 months from date of
purchase.

APPOINTMENT INFORMATION

All appointments over $50.00 must be secured with a credit card
number.
All appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will attract a
50% cancellation fee.
All appointments that cancel with less than 2 hours notice, or a “no
show” will attract a 100% cancellation fee.

GROUP BOOKING CONDITIONS*

All Group Bookings are to be secured at time of booking with 50% deposit for each guest.
All Group Bookings treatments are to be paid in full 72 hours prior to scheduled appointment.
All Group Bookings cancellation period is 72 hours prior to scheduled appointments.
All Group Bookings should a guest cancel inside the 72 hour period, then a replacement guest must be found by the Group Booking to replace that guest.
All Group Bookings are non refundable after the 72 hour cancellation period.
A Group Booking is more than 3 people.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We will gladly exchange should a product be faulty.
All returns must be notified within 48 hours of purchase.
This also applies to dissatisfaction with any service performed.

METHOD OF PAYMENT

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Eftpos and Amex.
Visa, Mastercard and Amex will attract 2% surcharge.
