All Group Bookings are to be secured at time of booking with 50% deposit for each guest
All Group Bookings treatments are to be paid in full 72 hours prior to scheduled appointment
All Group Bookings cancellation period is 72 hours prior to scheduled appointments
All Group Bookings should a guest cancel inside the 72 hour period, then a replacement guest must be found by the Group Booking to replace that guest.
All Group Bookings are non refundable after the 72 hour cancellation period
